What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence for the vehicle type, and a photo ID. You upload photos after booking and carry the originals at pickup.
Is there a security deposit?
Most vehicles carry a small refundable deposit, shown clearly before you book. It comes back in full when the vehicle returns safe.
What if I'm late returning?
There's a grace period, and late charges are shown in your booking upfront. Better: extend from your booking page in two taps.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — open your booking page and cancel. The refund you'll get is shown clearly before you confirm, and deposits always refund in full.
